Jeff Randhawa

Born and raised in Prince George, British Columbia, Jeff Randhawa is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts, and for the past 15 years has worked at the Surrey School District, including 10 years in his current role as a Community-Schools Partnership Coordinator.
Upon completing his degree, Jeff worked and volunteered at various non-profit organizations in the Lower Mainland, including as Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House, Gordon Neighbourhood House and Progressive Intercultural Community Services. Prior to joining the Surrey School District, he taught English to South Korean international at Elite Academy and provided employment support as a Career Consultant with RDK Career Services, both located in Coquitlam, BC.
As a Community-Schools Partnership Coordinator, Jeff provides guidance and support to teachers and support staff who work with vulnerable students who are unable to achieve academic success in mainstream school. Some examples include pre-employment opportunities, food security and transportation assistance, and liaising with community partners to support students and their families with mental health and wellness.
